Eric Bitonti MiLB Stats Page

The Milwaukee Brewers’s farm system is stacked with corner infield prospects. Guys like Blake Burke, Andrew Fischer and Luke Adams are all sitting Top 15 or higher on the prospect list. There is one prospect that is carving his own path and making a name for himself in spite of the log jam of talent, Eric Bitonti.

Bitonti was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 3rd round of the 2023 MLB Draft. They selected him out of Aquinas High School in San Bernardino, California. At the time of the draft, Bitonti was committed to the University of Oregon. The Brewers liked what they saw in him so much they signed him away his commitment for $1.75 million, this was over two times the slot value.

Bitonti split time between the ACL Brewers and the Carolina Mudcats during his first full professional season. He did not disappoint. In 2024 Bitonti hit .282 with 23 doubles and 16 home runs. He finished with an OPS of .946. 2025 was a down year for Bitonti in 118 games with Carolina he scraped together a .238 average and a .318 on base percentage. He still flashed power hitting 21 doubles along with 19 home runs.

In 2026 Bitonti showed, once again, why the Brewers paid well above slot value to pull him away from his Oregon commitment. In 111 games with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers he hit for a .270 average and an OPS of .916.

Bitonti ranked near the top in several key stats in the Midwest League:

Home Runs: 25 - 2nd
OPS: .916 - 5th
Hits: 108 - 7th
Doubles: 25 - T 5th with Daniel Dickinson (Milwaukee Brewers) & Eduardo Tait (Minnesota Twins)
Runs Batted In: 88 - 3rd
Runs Scored: 93 - 5th
Slugging: .525 - 5th
Strikeouts: 161 - 2nd

On August 27th Bitonti hit his 25th home run of the season. This blast set the Timber Rattlers team record. The record of 24 was held by his teammate Braylon Payne which he set on August 9th, 3 weeks earlier. The previous record was 22 which was set in 2010 by Khris Davis. This performance earned Bitonti a promotion to Double-A Biloxi for the last week of the season.

Eric Bitonti is becoming a three-true outcome hitter. In 2026 Bitonti amassed a 33.2% strikeout rate with 82 walks and 25 home runs. In 2025 his strikeout rate was 33.5% while walking 66 times with 19 home runs. This is something that he will need to work on as he continues to rise up through the minors and face better pitchers.

Bitonti’s path to the Major League will be third base. As mentioned earlier Milwaukee has several corner infield prospects. Most however are first basemen as a result the Brewers started to play Bitonti more often at third base in the second half of the season. After his promotion to AA Biloxi, he played all six games at third.

Bitonti was named a 2026 Midwest League All-Star. The Brewers selected Bitonti to go to the Arizona Fall League to continue his development. As of Friday 10/16, Bitonti is struggling a little, batting .143 with an OPS of .536 in 8 games.

Eric Bitonti is ranked 26th on the Brewers Top 30 Prospects list. His performance in 2026 should move him up the list during the offseason. I think he will land somewhere around 20th on the list. In 2027 Bitonti will be 21 years old and he should continue playing in AA with the Biloxi Shuckers.
