Carmen’s Angel Fund Giveaway

Thank you for joining us at the September 29th Card Show in Lodi! We appreciate your generosity and donation to the Hydrocephalus Association.

We are excited to partner with Carmen’s Angel Fund in raising awareness and money for the Hydrocephalus Association. Carmen’s Angel Fund was started by Brian and Melissa Bice after their daughter Carmen passed away from complications from Hydrocephalus. More information can be found at carmensangelfund.org

Fill out the form below to enter the contest. To be eligible to enter you must provide your name, email address and raffle ticket number(s) given at the table. If your ticket numbers are sequential you can enter them as a range example: #000001-000007. Winners will be announced on our YouTube channel the week of July 15th.

Please note there will be a total of 5 prizes given away: 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes and 2 Third Prizes.
